  • Lately I've seen plenty of articles and videos buzzing across the web talking about the best strategy for personal branding. Seriously, though, can't we just go back to the basics and actually interact with our customers as if they are... are your ready.... humans and not statistics for our sales boards. Everyone is branding, but what is that branding saying? Connecting with your customer is #1.
  • The interaction with customers is so important. If you can manage to get a dialogue going with your customer, you have a major advantage over your competition. You have the ability to find out what their needs and wants are, and you can actively brand yourself, as suggested in this post.
  • I agree that interaction with customers is the best branding strategy, but your product also has to live up to that "relationship" orientation. So many companies believe they are customer centric, but nothing about the way they approach their customers is consistent with that. Look at your own website, is the organization of information about your customer's needs or your product.
