Who are you?

I am a wife and a mother, a creator, artist, a generalist. I work hard, 8 hours a day at my day job and 6 hours at night learning what I can and implementing those learnings so that I will one day soon no longer have to worry about money or the lack thereof.

I am a creator. If I I see a craft and don’t know how to make it, I will skim a page in a book, memorize it, buy the parts and go home and make it.

I am an artist. If I see a painting that I like that I want in my home, I paint it. I am “that girl” that you love to hate because this stuff comes naturally and easily to me.

I am a generalist. I know a little about a TON of things and a LOT about a few of my favs.

I am a hard worker and over-achiever. If I think there is something I need to learn to take me to the next step in my life, I will find the person who has the knowledge I seek and have no problem utilizing their time until my curiosities are satisfied and then to prove my worth as a student I will go above and beyond what is asked of me.

I am a process refiner: I find pieces that are broken, patterns that don’t fit and I fix them or get them fixed. Give me a week or less in any system, computer, business and the like and I will destroy it, point out all of its flaws and then happily fix it or get it fixed.

I am honest. I’ll sugar-coat it if that’s what it takes for you to absorb what it is I have to say, but I live by one very simple rule: Don’t ask the question unless you are ready for the answer. I have the world’s worst poker face–WYSIWYG with me because my face will always tell the truth (trust me it’s a curse).
