Simon has a fantastic insight into the future of digital marketing he watches the environment changing, understands the algorithms and how to track online behavior then analyze it for use in the business environment. The Social Traffic community has been built by people from all walks of life who have been eager to give their time for the great value they are receiving in return. None of us had any idea how much we would receive or how the friendships we made would develop. There was no financial gain, the currency was knowledge and the condition for receiving it, participation. Don’t buy the book and leave it on the shelf, because when you eventually get round to reading it the last chapter will have changed without you. The next chapter is being written by all of us and together we will go down in history as pioneers, leaving markers for others to follow across this ever fluid media landscape…I am so very grateful to be a part of this opportunity

I have been part of large and small organisations and have had pleasure and trauma in both. I have always been in the sales and marketing environment and my attitude has always been on input. If I was able to help people structure heir input sufficiently well their outputs would alway look after themselves.

But more important, what I found to be ultimately useful, was to guide people through a process to help them identify with clarity, those feeling/emotions that they would ultimately believe they would feel when they achieved their physical goals.

When I was able to illustrate the causal connection between delivery on the business goals and the resultant achievement of their personal goals, We delivered way past Budget!

Learning from a master is both a profoundly personal and publicly valuable process. I can't say enough about what I've gained from Simon's practice of what he preaches. It's perfectly obvious at this point that he only preaches what he knows works. Personal and business values lay the foundation for social media strategies and community development. The Social Traffic enterprise is truly NOT a venture where value is allowed to be taken for granted or remain hidden. Moreover, achieving one's own value focus in concert with others is a socially contagious phenomenon to experience and share. Whatever Simon's “milestone announcement” turns out to be, there's no escaping the fact that it deserves attention. namaste, pierre

I agree with the business structure of corporate America. Productivity is lost when the light of accountablity is not shining on all members. Together much can be achieved if productivity and cooperation go hand in hand. I like the fact that Social Media is now coming into the money game. This is very exciting. We will see those who are productive getting a bigger piece of the cheese! We are in exciting times. Nice blog post Simon!

I think the attraction to Social Traffic has been immediate for those who were ready and willing to work through the steps Simon painstakingly laid out. It's never been a program that simply talked a good game. Simon has proven the program works and very successfully.

The phenomenon of Social Traffic lies within quality members working together and Simon's vision in implementing and driving us to success. That's the journey 'together': Simon and his team's dedication and perseverance.

I'm grateful for my journey with Social Traffic. I've met amazing people and learned a great deal in only a few, short months.

The transparency that we added to our most recent leg of this journey is where the value lies.

To tell you the truth, I was starting to worry about this corporation when I couldn't really see the value that each member was providing. There was a point where I was questioning what my stock was worth.

With the new system the people who do the most work are not only rewarded, but recognized throughout the community for their contribution.

This is more than a company we have started, it's a culture.
