Joint Venture Partners & Affiliate Launches

Promoting via JVs and affiliates helps increase outreach. Affiliates do marketing for you and bring you more visitors; this gives a boost to the income and makes everyone happy. It sounds simple enough but needs business savvy and effort on your part. Useful tips that we have employed.

b- You have to motivate and influence them by keeping them updated about your progress and giving them fair warning in advance about your pre-launch and launch plans and timelines. This will give them enough time to plan their part of the promotions. We usually assist our JV partners and affiliates with swipe messages that they can use in their promotional campaigns. These swipe messages are prepared by content writers and can be slightly customized according to the conversation - they help in getting the message out…

Event Launch Strategies: JV Partners & Affiliate Launches

The strategic development of JV Partners to assist you in your product/service launch through an affiliate effort, I believe is one of the classic methods to viral market to your target-audience through a group of motivated super-promoter affiliates.

Of particular interest here, is the reminder to develop a close and trusted relationship with your JV partner affiliates. Providing incentives and innovative reasons why your affiliates would want to enthusiastically assist your viral marketing efforts is of supreme importance.

Awesome article Simon, you follow this to the T, and it makes sense to have relationships with your JV's and constant communication, this makes it easier to have all the JVs send out there e-mails almost in unison. I follow a couple of fitness guys and that is what they do for there affiliates. Example: e-mail #1 goes out on Wed july 8 in am, e-mail #2 on Monday july 13th and so on. Works Great for everyone involved.
  • The one constant through all of the blogs that I've read here is the thread of relationship and conversation. It is so consistent with where I've been this past week in my own blogging, creating the Word of Mouth Media Relationship Ladder. Most folks that "dabble" in social media live on the Spam and Noise rungs of the ladder and understandably are barely visible on the social grid. Getting beyond getting a response and getting into short dialogue is essential before you can get to true "conversation" which is the real starting point of relationship. Who ever says I had a "dialogue" with my best friend? No, it is a conversation. And best of all, when that conversation is positive (and the next and the next), then the conversation turns to a referral. Voila!
